Commercial Property Mastermind Brisbane 2026: Two Days, Fifteen Investors, Real Deals

TL;DR: The Investor Code Commercial Property Mastermind runs on Friday 31 July and Saturday 1 August 2026 at The Calile Hotel in Brisbane. Fifteen investors in the room. Two days working on real commercial property deals in real time, calling valuers, negotiating with agents, and building live feasibilities. It is application only, and you leave with your next investment mapped out.

This is not a seminar

I have sat through enough property seminars to know how they end. Three hours of theory, a motivational close, and an upsell to the next room. Nobody leaves with a deal. Most people do not even leave with a decision.

The Mastermind is built to do the opposite.

Over two days in Brisbane you will not be watching slides. You will be working. We call valuers. We negotiate with agents. We build feasibilities on live opportunities and battle test them until they either hold or fall over. An assumption that survives two days of pressure in a room of serious investors is an assumption you can act on.

There are fifteen seats. Not fifty, not five hundred. Fifteen, because at that size everyone in the room gets time on their own situation.

What you will actually do

Day one is the framework. Commercial property fundamentals, then my six-step buying framework, the same one I have used across more than $550 million in transactions over twenty years. We cover how to identify the right asset for your mandate, how to build the agent and valuer relationships that bring you deals before they hit the market, and how to spot the gap between passing rent and market rent, because that differential is where your upside lives. We then run real case studies, including the deals that did not work and why.

Day two is application. Feasibility training on live numbers. Legal and contract essentials, the clauses that decide whether a deal is a winner or a trap. The due diligence framework I use to de-risk a position before a dollar is committed. Then we work on your situation specifically, in the room, with the group.

You will learn how to find opportunities, how to manipulate value, how to structure deals, how to de-risk your position, and how to battle test every assumption before you commit.

Who this is for

Four kinds of people tend to get the most out of the room.

You are diversifying out of residential. You have invested in resi or the share market for years and never made the step across. Commercial is not riskier, it is different, and the difference is knowable.

You have tried and it went badly. One rotten deal, or a clause you missed that left you stuck. The frameworks exist to make those mistakes rare rather than routine.

You are buying your next premises. Leasing is behind you and you want to own the space, or you want a materially better deal than last time.

Your retirement is calling. Commercial property is known for passive income. It is less known for how quickly it can generate capital growth when you understand the levers.

Why I run it

What my father instilled in me is that when you help others get what they want, you tend to find yourself getting what you need.

Twenty years in, the most fulfilling part of this has not been the transactions. It has been watching someone who thought commercial property was out of reach walk into their first deal with a framework instead of a hope. That is why Investor Code exists, and it is why the Mastermind exists.

Frequently asked questions
